Am not at all impressed with Numatic Henry . It's far heavier and more cumbersome than my previous hoover, especially on stair cases. The tubes do not fit together properly, stiff to pull apart and floppy when in use. Takes far too much physical effort to change attachments. Topples over easily. Hose pipe is too long so body gets left miles behind and caught around things. Low power is virtually useless. Carpet brushes are way too stiff so its hard to push along the surface. Hope it soon breaks down cos I don't want to be stuck with this lump of engineering for years! The Henry is the only one left with a silly smile on his face after using it.
