Good Points
This phone does a lot and has built in software download updates.

Bad Points
Locked On Orange

General Comments

Many people have said bad things about the Orange SPV. I agree I am on my second handset as the first did crash on me however I have downloaded the firmware update on my second unit and have found only one flaw since. You need paitence with this phone it is not for tehno fools how many phones can you download software updates direct from the handset and how many can you surf the web. Perhaps we should look at this as a Pocket Pc with phone functions when you do it becomes a lot easier to use. A Brilliant Phone
