Good Points
Friendly members, well trained / approachable staff, easy to use interface, good choice of rooms and user content such as website quizzes & questionnaires, profiles, interactive game rooms (trivia / countdown) & a good atmosphere.

Bad Points
Slightly dated, could do with an upgrade to add some new content and features.

General Comments
I've been using UKChatterbox for many years now.

Its interface & simple features, although a little dated, are a definite plus point. The menus are well laid out, the colour scheme is easy on the eye and the features are pretty straightforward to use.

There's a good selection of chat rooms available, most of which have moderators or administrators in them at peak times.

In my experience the members are generally friendly and good humoured. As with all chat sites there are the occasional undesirables but they're usually removed from the service fairly quickly.

The staff are approachable, helpful & professional thanks to the good training programs that are in place. As a result of this, abuse is rare and the atmosphere in the rooms and on the website is nearly always positive.

There's also a good system in place for members to report any abuse if, on the rare occasion, a staff member isn't in the room when it happens.

Overall UKChatterbox a is a very good chat site which might explain why it regularly attracts1900+ members every night.
