Good Points
The phone is small and stylish has hands free talking, a good selection of ring tones, and is all round user freindly, even my mum can use it and thats saying something
Bad Points
Its hard to find a web site that has polyphonic ring tones for it
General Comments
I found the predicitive text good to use however some of the words you want to use arent in the phone and you have to use the abc buttons,
