Bad Points
A bit on the heavy side, but hey.

General Comments
I LOVE MY HENRY! I have had him for 21 years now and he has NEVER gone wrong.
If you empty him often then the suction is always very good. I do not even use bags in mine and never have, I just empty the bucket! I have to admit that I have bought a Dyson in the past - because I wanted an upright, but after problems etc I missed Henry so he is back in the house and going very strong! I run a Pub too and we have one there - need I say more?
