“Great customer service ”

After searching for holidays on the website I spoke to an agent to book the holiday. She was very pleasant and provide me with a number of options. After making my booking I had requested a call back as I had made an error in my booking. She took the time to rectify my problem removing any stress. Thanks for your patience and customer service.
