WHere do I start - items take weeks and weeks, they do not answer e-mails, there is no phone number contact, they have not given me my refund after three months

General Comments
I ordered two tops from Curvy Diva which I was told were in stock, despite a number of un-answered e-mails. they finally arrived - 5 weeks later - only to be too big (the sizes were 2xl/3xl etc and it d not say what this meant even though I mailed them).



I sent the items back, re-ordering just one of the tops and requesting a refund on the other - the re-ordered top took 6 weeks - now some3 months later I am still awaiting my refund - I have had a couple of replies to e-mails to say they are looking into things but then it just goes quiet for weeks - time to report them to trading standards I think.
