We had eaten at the peacock on many previous occasions and had enjoyed good quality food at excellent prices but on this bank holiday monday the meal was atrocious. We had to wait for an age and when it arrived it was not worth eating. The peacock has obviously changed hands and I'm afriad to say wont be in business much longer. We had already noticed the lack of cars in the car park when passing by and now we know why. We certainly wont be going again
