Shockingly regular outages, glitches and other general problems. They also suffer from one of the most badly designed trading systems I've ever used (well, apart from SippDeal, who sit at the very bottom of the pile). For example, they don't let you see more than 5 stocks in your porfolio at a time before you have to paginate. It's almost like they're trying to annoy you on purpose. I've given them one star simply because they've yet to actually delete my account by mistake. But I wouldn't put that past them. I'm getting out - probably to Interactive Investor.
