General Comments
Stinks....
I have been an account holder for 3 years. Systems regularly freezes up (last time cost me £7k as I couldn't sell down some RBS shares!!!) They don't seem to care/invest/fix..... answer is "you can still trade on the phone".
Their IT reliability is just TERRIBLE
