General Comments
The Kodak service centre is appalling. After 6 weeks our clock function stopped working. Despite letters, E mails, countless telephone calls to every call centre in the world we still have a duff Digital Picture Frame.
Even sending it back to their service centre in Colchester resulted in the same frame being sent back to me un touched!
If you buy one I hope you get a good one......
