“Rubbish. Got the card to transfer a balance in May....”

Rubbish. Got the card to transfer a balance in May. There was a delay in setting up the direct debit and a part payment of £32 was missed. I wasn't informed about this and merrily left the DD to maintain payments of the minimum amount. However this £32 pound was left unpaid and i was charged £12/month for the outstanding amount. Thats £72 pound worth of charges for £32 pound outstanding amount. On top of that I lost the 0% on my transfers.



Nothing from them to notify me of these charges and silly me thought I was doing the right thing having online statements which I never looked into closely enough because I thought if there was a problem they would tell me.



Do not use or if you do be very careful if you do. They will try to charge you as soon as they can.
