Had my 2650e since nov09. The front unit went with a bang. Arranged a pickup date between 8am and 6pm and it was collected at 18.05pm. The problem was it didn't reach the ebac depot and city link, their currier company, say they have no evidence it was ever collected by them even though it was sighned for by electronic signature pad! hmmm??? Becuase I couldn't prove the currier was actually city link they concluded that we gave the faulty unit to the wrong currier company who just coincidently happened to be collecting an item from us on that day! Ebac therefore leave all accountability in my hands. So to re-cap thats £169.99 down the plughole, thanks very much Ebac
