Jetline Travel need to train their staff to be more efficient and helpful, instead of making excuses as to why things have not been done. I phoned six times and asked for a fax to be sent through. I was told that the member of staff who could send a fax was not available.
I was not impressed all, and staff were extremely unhelpful. I was basically told they were too busy, and it was no big deal to them that I had still not received my confirmation documents after being sent the wrong ones.
