I don't normally write reviews but after seeing Novatech only had 2.5 stars i felt i should at least even out the average based on my positive experience.



First time using Novatech and had a very good experience. I purchased a motherboard bundle with a cpu and ram already installed. The set up for me to install in my case and connect the PSU was clearly written down in novatech's own instruction manual.



Unfortunately the computer stopped POST'ng about 2 months' later, I identified the reason as the RAM and contacted Novatech via their customer service online chat, then got a returns number and they replaced my mobo and RAM a week later, delivered next day as promised.



Very impressed with their service, and have a real after-sale value about them.
