My baggage got delayed while traveling to Mumbai on 20 December. After waiting at the baggage claim for an hour, we were told that it has been delayed. Then for around 150 people, they had two staff members to assist with the forms for delayed luggage. They took around 10 mins per person to fill out the forms. There was only one printer (Dot matrix ..hahhaha) that almost ran out of ink. Two horrible hours at Mum airport!! Next day, I called up the numbers and got answer after a long wait. I was supposed to get my bags the next day. It's been a week and I haven't heard back. The stupid people don't answer the phones. They picked up the phone and hung up immediately. This happened five times. It seems they think they have done some favor on me for which i am being punished now. Biggest mistake to chose Jet for flying! DON'T EVER FLY WITH JET AIRWAYS. BETTER NOT TRAVEL AT ALL THAN ALL THIS FRUSTRATION.
