Purchased online a gift for my girlfriend for valentines day (a fortnight in advance).

It never arrived. Never received a confirmation order either so when we realised it hadn't arrived couldn't find a reference to the purchase.

Considered it a lost cause and forgot about it after purchasing another item for less money from e-bay which arrived promptly and exactly what she wanted.

at the beginning of MAY got an email to say we had been billed by forbidden planet and the item was now being despatched!

E-mailed them to tell them that the item was no longer wanted nor needed as valentines day had LONG passed!

Received an email days later stating that they would be billing us for return postage if we did not accept the parcel!

Told them I would see them in the small claims court. No reply as yet!

DONT TOUCH THEM. If their website says it is in stock it doesn't actually mean it is in stock, just that they will get hold of one sooner or later.. and probably MUCH later!

See the other reviews, I am not the only person to get the same c**p service from these people.
