General Comments
ordered goods from Forbidden Planet jan 11th 2009. received a letter 11th feb 2009. saying they had difficulty receiving payment, turns out someone at their end input the date of my debit card wrong. i reordered some of the goods. it is now 3rd march 2009. still not received anything. rang them twice. the phone rang for over four minutes and no one answered. no goods recevised after nearly two months
