Have not actually found any yet!

Bad Points
Advertised delivery before Xmas - still No Goods received.
No tracking or update service.
No answer to my several e-mails.

General Comments
My first and last order with Forbidden Planet.

No goods received (5 weeks now) - No reply to my e-mails - I do not even know if goods are available or if they have already been despatched.

Come on FP - get your act together! You do not own the rights to selling this type of product!

I could have imported and received the item directly from the US by now.

If this is how you do business then before long you will be joining the other 'Great Service Companies' who have already gone to the 'Big Recession Graveyard in the Sky!'



Final note: You can forgive late or lost items due to the Christmas chaos - thats life - but when genuine enquiries are blatantly ignored - this is just unforgivable!
