“Had this cooker for 13months and the bottom oven...”

Had this cooker for 13months and the bottom oven failed paid £170 for yearly cover. had it fixed and now got the same problem at 19 months, three days before christmas ie no xmas dinner . This cooker is rubbish do not buy.We thought cannon was a good make how wrong we were.
