Bought this because all our previous (Cannon) cookers have been good. This one is indescribably bad the problems are too numerous to list. The design (from an engineering point of view) is quite dreadful and the quality is no better. I have been studying a number of review sites such as this and have found not one positive statement about this cooker. DO NOT BUY ONE
