“Have had Cannon cookers for years without problems....”

Have had Cannon cookers for years without problems. This Chesterfield pools under the front of the cooker Told its my fault either atomospherics or the way I clean it. I hadn't cleaned it and it's in exactly the same position as other cookers I have had

Then told it needed a condenser. Then told there wasn't one available. Then told it would be replaced Then told it wouldnt be Then the engineer arrived to replace the glass door whilst telling me that he had told them it wouldnt make any difference.
