Had the Baxi 105e fitted 2004. Registered the boiler & we were going to extend the guarantee after 1 year. Broke down completely after 1 year. Did not get a reminder as you normally do to extend the policy so we had to pay to get the repair completed as when we contacted them, they said they did not recieve the registration. now onto the 5th leak from the same location. This last repair lasted 7 days. I did ask if there was a fix as he said it is common on this model but he said no, just have to keep renewing the washer. Very bad design. Rubish boiler. Wish I had read reviews before buying.
