The Baxi Combi 105e boiler is absolutely appalling. Like some of your other reviewers I inherited this boiler with the house three years ago. We've had numerous problems over that time (at least once a month we have no hot water/central heating). If we go away for a few days in winter we have to leave the heating on continuously otherwise we are at risk of this thing not coming on via the timer due to it short circuiting. There is a continual loss of pressure, we've had two diaphragm replacements, today we have a flue/fan failure. I can't believe that the lady who owned the house before us didn't have the same problems - she just omitted to mention them! We now have a young baby so we can do without this nightmare as well. This boiler is an on-cost - don't even think about purchasing one unless you like throwing money away. As one review I read this morning said 'take an axe to it' and they weren't joking!
