We rented Born Sun in November 08. The amenities that were offered were pretty much as advertised, although it seems like wi-fi is standard in most of the short term rentals and this one did not have it. Our experience was so-so but we had two negative impressions and won't rent from them again. We have never rented an apartment for our trips before so perhaps these are just pitfalls of being a novice. Although they do give the sq meters, the apartment seemed much smaller than appears in the photos. And the deck, although advertised as Born "Sun" actually does not get direct sunlight. The bedroom is south facing (which gets wonderful light through a small window) however the deck is north facing and during November, at least, the sun move just around the deck but never hit it directly which was annoying because the whole point of having a balcony is so you can sit outside and enjoy the mediterranean sunshine! That said, being close to the Santa Catarina market is awesome. Also, 5 story walkup is ridiculously narrow and the apartment is not worth the climb every day especially after walking/riding bicycles around the city all day. I was disappointed in Born Sun and Cocoon.
