Starting with the good, I have had a next account fro 4 years and regularly order from them for me and the family and if there is any fault with the products they do have really good customer service so thats the good.
ON the bad side, despite never missing a payment for 4 years last year they reduced my credit limit from £2000 to £1000 without warning and I only found out when I went to order and was told "no"? Poor show really as my credit is first rate, and the account run well so it was likely just a blanket move on all acocunt holders?
Would recommend for customer service side but the account finance side has gone right down in my eyes
