I am a gas engineer of 37 years my main job is repairing combis.Just fitted an ecomax 35 in my house (Yes a ten year old boiler)works like a dream,built like and old merc,we are scrapping boilers from b&q after 3-5 years,i know mine will still be good in another ten years,how many vaillants do i go to repair,very few,Worcesters,hundreds and all the rest.Plus the top of the range ecotecs like mine are so easy to repair,love them,parts are expensive yes but you get what you pay for.
