AFTER SALES IS VERY VERY VERY POOR!!! CALL CENTRE AND SERVICE STAFF MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE THEY ARE DOING YOU A FAVOUR IF THEY COME OUT TO REPAIR OR SERVICE. WOULD NEVER BUY A VAILLANT PRODUCT AGAIN
