Next are like Belgium. You never plan to go there, never check to see what they have to offer but if you're in the vicinity, you might just pop in to see if anything has changed, and you walk away disappointed every time.



They advertise products that they don't even have available for sale. Got told to wait over a month which I did, phoned them and got put on hold for 15 mins whilst they attempted to contact the local branch to reserve the item. Got fed up waiting so hung up and phoned again next day. Surprise surprise, the same thing happened again but this time i waited for over 20 mins and had to hang up again. Explained this via email to their customer service dept, their response was sarcastic suggesting i was lying and they told me to phone them again. All they want is for you to call them on their 0844 number and keep you on hold.



Absolute bag of rubbish. Next aren't exactly trendy, not a label you wear on the outside, plenty of competition and they treat customers like rubbish. VAT going up to 20% soon and they don't even want your business even during a recession.
