bought a sofa in dec was told it was made to order.
6 weeks later when the sofa come it was clearly poor quality.
cushons sink etc etc the worst sofa i have ever seen.
we took out insurance on the sofa after phone call after phone call and told that these kind of sofas are suppose to last only 6 mths (really) someone came out and had a look he wrote his report and we are still waiting after a number of phonecalls and no one calling back.
dont buy the sofas from bhs they are aweful and trying to get someone to look and listen is a nightmare rubbish customer service bhs you should be ashamed
