Last year on the 13th March 09 I went into BHS in the trafford centre, Barton Square. I tripped over items left on the floor. The shop removed the items before witnesses could see. I injured my wrist and arm and was off work for over a year. The arm still needs surgury. The shop manager was dishonest about the whole matter. No compensation was paid. I lost my self employed job as a result. My name is Mr Mark Dell
