we're very pleased with thisproduct as io has achived right away the result we hoped for ie good quality soft water. UKh2O guided us in our choice of this Kinetico machine and the installation was quick, clean and helpfully done. It only seems to use two blocks of salt on average per month. At present there is nothing about it we dislike.
