Good Points
Excellent product range. Knowledgeable technical support, who are enthusiasts, not morons with a prompt sheet.
Bad Points
Only support Linux servers, webmail product is eccentric, and prone to behaviour / functionality change when an 'upgrade' occurs (without warning). No phone support.
General Comments
The negative review below is unfair. He was stung by a reseller selling Heart Internets products. The same could be said of your local supermarket if they overcharge you - it's the supermarket at fault, not the manufacturer of the product.
I am a Heart reseller (who passes on great savings to his clients) and I also know other people who are direct customers. In my opinion, Heart have never failed to surprise me with their level of dedication to customer service. The lack of phone support isn't so much of an issue as they have a fault ticket system which is manned 24/7. On average you wait no more than 5-10mins for a response.
