General Comments
I bought my bike from Factory Direct Bikes about 12 month ago and i am not happy with it at all. Delivery was delayed and bike was scratched and chipped in many places. brake handle was broken and i had to fix it by myselef as Direct Bikes didn't care. since then my bike broke lots of times and so far no one from Direct Bike decided to fix it so i have to spend on servicing about £300 so far. many times i spoke with staff but their attitude just put me off. i am not sure if this bike will survive till first MOT (3 years). Very good advice for everyone. if you can avoid this company.
