General Comments
Flight canceled 2 hours before start, no reason given- UA Customer service actually hung up the phone, Canadian Airlines helped me, without them I would have gotten a flight 36 hours later - General hassle at US Airports, not UA's fault but still adds to the experience- Luggage lost, customer service said they "don't know where it is, and can't do anything". Again, other personnel (this time from the airport) had to give me the necessary information. A lot went wrong with my flight and every time I tried to get help from any UA customer service, they were unhelpful. I am not using them ever again for sure.
