We travelled on 13th September. On trying to ring Ace Meet and Greet 20 minutes before arriving at Gatwick we found that we were unable to contact them. The number was unobtainable. We kept trying until we reached Gatwick, at which point I was starting to get really stressed. Luckily there was a representative from Ace at the airport. Not a good start to the holiday. On return a week later, we waited 35 minutes to be picked up. This is not acceptable.
