Good Points
Excellent in all aspects. I found it hard to fault this service. I have been in many Health and Beauty Shops, but NONE are of the standard or service as this. I take my hat of to the staff. I can see why they have won so many awards. Good luck in the future.

Bad Points
None. Only that I live a little too far from the shop, but I am prepared to travel for the service I get.

General Comments
A very good shop! All the staff are very well presented and very pleasant. They always have a smile for you on arrival, and they never give a bad service.



The Face & Body Shop telephone service is excellent too!



I have been going for the last ten years, and I feel that if other shops took a leaf out of their book, the Beauty Industry would benefit greatly.
