No contact details apart from e-mail, to which they do not reply.
They take no responsibility for their service (see their terms and conditions and my 'General Comments' below).
General Comments
Avoid this company. atConcept.co.uk have no concept of customer service.
A site that I set up as a favour to someone 'disappeared' from the web in September 2005. I noticed it was missing but assumed that the site owner had decided they no longer wanted it. It was only when I received a recent invoice from 'atConcept' that I discovered it was not the case. AtConcept had replaced the site, presumably accidentally (there was nothing inappropriate or offensive about the site), with their holding page.
All attempts to obtain an explanation have failed. Six e-mails to them have resulted in a deathly silence.
However, they do manage to continue to bombard me with reminders for payment!
