Received unbelievably good service the first time I ordered-I'd seen a pair of shoes instore but they didn't have my size. Found them online, placed my order on a Saturday, selected Standard Delivery as Express seemed pricey especially as it wasn't a Next Day service. I couldn't belive it when they arrived on Monday! River Island had actually shipped them on a Sunday and Homr Delivery Network, although the were sent on a 48 hour service, delivered them the very next day! The shoes were well packaged and I was so pleased I emailed Customer Services to say so!
