I ordered clothing for me and my husband. His were OK (you can't go too wrong with basic undies and T-shirts, really), mine were terrible; really badly made and cheap looking. I sent the latter back.
As part of my order I was told I would be receiving a free trench coat as a gift. It never came. I'm still waiting. In fact, La Redoute has promised to send me a £10 voucher as the coat is no longer available and for the inconvenience. Again, I'm still waiting ... almost four months after placing my original order.
The customer service team seem to be clueless or obtuse or both. I think they need to look up 'customer care' in the dictionary.
