None really. Clear pictures of goods perhaps.
For a big company like River Island you would think they would get their delivery and customer service in order.
I ordered two tops for Christmas parties on 25 November. I am still waiting for this to be delivered. The first email back from them, they apologised for the delays and refunded my delivery charge. Another week passed and River Island said the Courier returned goods back to the depot and they didn't have a reason why. They were giving me a full refund. However, if I wanted to buy these goods, to go back and order them through the website. I would do that, as I like the tops very much, BUT my size was not available online!!!
The 'customer service' is a joke. Is it really such a surprise to them that they are busier than normal at Christmas?
