I love Gems TV the presenters are great, really natural and friendly. I have made lots of purchases and have always been delighted. I dont think their prices can be beaten and they offer a generous time in which to return items if you are not happy. I noticed on the other reviews someone criticized the slow delivery in December 2010 well, the weather was rather a problem at that time and Gems warned all through December about problems with delivery due to road conditions so I think that was unfair. All round I would recommend to anyone
