I have ordered several pieces from Gems TV and have been more than satisfied. One in particular is a peridot and diamond bracelet which my own jeweller said was a lovely piece. One bangle was sent to me with the stringing coming undone and a tigers eye bracelet fell apart but on the whole I am really pleased.

Customer service dealt with both of my complaints.

I have a matching white topaz set of pendant and earrings and people think they are diamonds.
