When I first realised I needed help with my situation I went to one of the organisations which charge for their services, taking the first three months' payment for themselves and then £100 a month after that. Then one of my creditors told me about Payplan and that the service was free and the extra money charged by the other people could go to my creditors. I immediately transferred my problems to Payplan and they took all the worry off my shoulders and stopped the letters and phone calls which made me feel like a criminal. It's a long haul to get everything clear, but I'm nearly half way there and after the end of this year will be looking forward to the end rather than backwards to the beginning. I find the Justabank site very useful to be able to check my current situation. Thank you Payplan for taking the worry from me.
