Good Points
*Blends really well
*Really good value for money
*Really good wattage - therefore it is powerful
*2 year manufacture guarantee

Bad Points
After 9 months the dial has broken. It is really stiff and impossible to turn. However we did keep our receipt so I hope that we will be able to send it back and get it repaired or a replacement. The blender is a good investment, and I just hope that the after sales care will be as good as the blender has been up until recently.

General Comments
Overall I do not regret buying this Morphy Richards blender it, however my view would change if the after sales care was bad, of which I am yet to experience. The blender is good for smoothies, and soups, and as this is the only blender I have owned I cannot compare it to any other one. Some reviews complain about how the lid flew off when hot liquids were being blended - It clearly states in the manual that you should not put hot liquids in it.
