Although the quality of 'Flower Angels' flowers is high, what you order and what you get could be very different. I ordered a bouquet for my mum and then happened to also be visiting at the weekend so was able to see the flowers for myself. They were nothing like the bouquet that I had ordered from their website. Virtually all flowers had been 'substituted' which I understand is to ensure quality, but their website states that you will be contacted if substitutions are necessary, which I wasn't. I think what concerns me is that in most situations you would never know if substitutions had been made, since you rarely end up seeing the flowers that you have ordered online for someone. Maybe I'm just being picky but I like to think that what I see online is what arrives at the other end. I contacted Flower Angels about my concerns and although they were apologetic their main message was that "Your mothers flowers were of very high quality, good value and beautifully packaged". Well yes, but they weren't what I ordered. I won't be ordering from them again.
