great website, more choice than shops
General Comments
They have made a mistake with every order I have ever placed which results in me having to phone several times and explain that I have items included on delivery notes that weren't in the parcel. I mean items the website indicated as being in stock! Customer services don't seem to communicate with the goods despatch people. The latest mess; ordered 6 items all 'in stock'
3 items arrived, delivery note indicated all but 1 were in parcel. Delayed item turned up with another 3 days later. one item still missing. 5 phone calls to customer services and 2 forms filled out and I have still just been billed for missing item! I have cancelled my account.
