Very few, can't think of any sorry.
Can't change address online, need to phone contact centre
Search for products by unique reference number and multiple entries are returned
Find goods which are out of stock and there is no option to be waitlisted for them or be mailed when they are back in stock.
No option for paying by credit card immediately.
The site does not sell age related goods, yet requires a date of birth to register. Even sites that do sell age related goods (e.g. DVDs) only require you to validate that you are old enough (e.g. Amazon), storing my actual date of birth is a worry with ID theft on the rise and could be deemed excessive data gathering under the 3rd principle of the data protection act as the site does not adequately explain why they need this extra information.
There is also no way online to obtain your customer number, or over the phone either, this info has to be posted to you - a major nuisance and delay. If you buy one day then try and buy the next,. you'll need the customer number to use the site but you won't have received it yet.
I use e-commerce sites a lot and www.next.co.uk is so far off the norm it presents major issues. Unlike every other site I use there is no password. Instead, the validation is based on info which is potentially public such as address and date of birth. This is a major worry and is symptomatic of how the business model of some websites differs considerably. I would recommend avoiding this site as I found it confusing, irritating and too far off the norm to be worth spending the time on.
