“Good product but absolutely non-existent customer...”

Good product but absolutely non-existent customer service facility. Bought machine over a year ago and STILL waiting for the promised voucher for a free box of capsules, despite emails and letters etc. Seems like the company stops bothering about you once they have your money (sound familiar?)
