Good Points
Easy to use. Great Coffee - Loved it but.....

Bad Points
The machine didn't last for two years.

General Comments
What to replace machine. Would love to buy a Krups Nescafe Dolce Gusto again but not if it lasts for less than two years. Makes it all very expensive. My daughter bought one and hers only lasted just over 12mths.
